Came home, only to crash on my bed without eating the whole day. Not a single ounce of anything. No carbo, no junk, not even sugar. And after only 2hrs of proper sleep, my insomnia is getting worse by the second.
And after 40mins of nap, here I am awake, dragging myself out of bed to meet a friend.
I will not let them know how much I am going through. Keep pushing, keep smiling. Keep going.
